There's something I need to show you about March 14–16, 2026. Something that will make you look at the news — and the sky — a little differently.

On March 14, FCC Chairman Brendan Carr fired a warning shot at America's broadcast networks: run "hoaxes and news distortions" about the Iran war, and your license is up for review. The President endorsed it. "Corrupt and Highly Unpatriotic," he posted about the press.

By March 16, a Republican Senator had publicly broken with his own party to call it out. Democrats invoked the authoritarian playbook. The internet exploded.

Now look at the transits.

The Solar Plexus Was Screaming

On March 14, three gates in the Solar Plexus Center were active. By March 15, it was four. By March 16 — when the story peaked — five Solar Plexus gates were lit up simultaneously.

That almost never happens.

The Solar Plexus is the emotional center of the Human Design chart. It processes feelings, moods, desire, passion, crisis. When it's activated, the collective emotional field amplifies. When five gates are active at once, it's not an emotional wave — it's an emotional tsunami.

March 14: Grace Under Pressure (It Wasn't)

The Sun was in Gate 22 — Grace. Also called Openness. It's the gate of emotional intelligence, social elegance, graceful expression.

But here's Gate 22's shadow: dishonor. Performing grace while suppressing truth. Wearing the mask of civility while wielding the hammer. "We just want fair coverage," says the FCC chairman, while the subtext reads: cover the war our way or lose your license.

Gate 22 in its shadow is the smile that conceals the threat. And that's exactly what happened on March 14.

The Moon started in Gate 61 — Inner Truth — and moved to Gate 41 — Fantasy. The collective emotional body moved from seeking truth to retreating into fantasy. The very day the government said "report it our way."

March 15: The Sun Enters the Gate of Crisis

The Sun moved into Gate 36. And I need you to understand what Gate 36 is.

Gate 36 is called The Darkening of the Light. Also known as Crisis. It is the gate of emotional crisis, of light being concealed, of truth going underground when external forces try to suppress it.

The Sun — the most powerful transit body, the one that defines the day's energy for the entire collective — moved into The Darkening of the Light on the day the broadcast license threat became a national story.

Gate 36's shadow is the belief that you can control emotions by controlling information. That if you manage the narrative tightly enough, the crisis will go away. It never works. Gate 36 teaches that darkness eventually exhausts itself and the light returns — but only after the crisis is fully felt.

The Earth moved to Gate 6 — Conflict. Friction. The emotional gate that creates fertile tension, that pushes against boundaries. Press freedom IS Gate 6: the productive friction between power and accountability that keeps democracy functional.

March 16: Emotional Supernova

This is where it peaks.

The Sun is still in Gate 36 (Crisis). The Earth is still in Gate 6 (Friction). Mercury AND Mars are conjunct in Gate 37 — The Family — doubling up warrior energy in the tribal gate. And the Moon? The Moon moves through Gate 49 — Revolution — and into Gate 30 — The Clinging Fire / Feelings.

Five Solar Plexus gates. Simultaneously. On the day Senator Ron Johnson broke ranks with his own party to publicly rebuke the FCC chairman.

Let's decode this:

Mercury-Mars conjunction in Gate 37: Two planets — the messenger and the warrior — sitting together in the gate of Family and tribal agreements. Gate 37's shadow is weakness: the tribal bargain where loyalty is demanded regardless of truth. "You're either with us or you're unpatriotic." That's Gate 37 shadow speaking through the mouths of power.

Moon in Gate 49 (Revolution): Gate 49 is the moment the people say enough. It's the emotional threshold where accumulated pressure breaks the container. Senator Johnson standing up against his own tribe? Pure Gate 49. The public backlash? Gate 49.

Moon moving into Gate 30 (Feelings / The Clinging Fire): Gate 30 is raw emotional desire. It clings to experience, burns through feeling. The internet didn't just respond to the FCC threat — it burned with feeling about it.

The Venus Irony

Venus — the planet of values, aesthetics, what we love — was in Gate 17. Opinions.

The Gate of Opinions. Venus was literally in the Gate of Opinions when the government threatened broadcasters for having opinions.

I couldn't make this up. Human Design has a sense of humor, and it's dark.

Jupiter the Provocateur

Jupiter — the great expander — was in Gate 39. Provocation. The gate that provokes spirit through obstruction, that creates pressure specifically to force growth.

Jupiter in 39 didn't just amplify the FCC threat. It made the FCC threat itself a provocation. Carr's warning didn't silence the press — it provoked the largest public conversation about First Amendment rights during wartime in decades. Gate 39 works exactly as designed: the obstruction creates the energy to overcome it.

Why This Matters Beyond Politics

Strip away the politics for a second. What happened energetically between March 14–16 is a textbook case of collective emotional amplification.

The Solar Plexus built from three active gates to five. The emotional wave rose. And into that rising wave, someone tried to suppress information. Gate 36 teaches us this never works — the Darkening of the Light is temporary. The light always returns, stronger for having been hidden.

Whether you're American, Israeli, Russian, or anywhere else — this pattern is universal. Every government, in every era, faces the Gate 36 temptation: if we can just control the story, we can control the feeling. And every time, Gate 49 (Revolution) eventually answers: no, you can't.

The FCC threat will likely amount to nothing legally — licenses don't renew until 2028, and revocation requires lengthy proceedings. But the energetic pattern it revealed — the attempt to darken the light during maximum emotional activation — is ancient. It's been happening since humans had fire and someone tried to control who got to sit near it.

Gate 36 says: the light will return. Gate 49 says: sometimes the people make sure it does.
